Return Information for Leslies-Kitchen.com
We want happy, satisfied customers. You may return your order for a full purchase price refund with the following guidelines.
1. Item must be unused and in original unopened packaging (Packages typically provide size and quantity -- questions? Call us if you are in doubt. 816-213-4187
2. Shipping charges are non-refundable UNLESS we have made an error in shipping label.
3. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of item . Exceptions include purchases made from October 20th through December 21 of the current years. Claims for this time frame must be made by December 31 of the current year.
4. Obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION so that you and we have a method to track your return and complete it accurately. Simple email us for a return authorization : Mail@leslies-kitchen.comor call: 816-213-4187 ( M-F, 9-4 Central Time)
Items returned, not following these guidelines are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refund for purchase price will be 75% of original item charges. Shipping is non-refundable
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All items sold by Leslies-Kitchen are warranted by the Manufacturer. If a defective product is received we will assist with a satisfactory resolution.
ITEM ERROR SHIPMENTS
If you have received the wrong items please contact us at (816) 213-4187 or email your contact information so we may contact you. Our email MAIL@LESLIES-KITCHEN.COM. If returned unopened in original packaging, no restocking fee will apply and shipping fees will be reimbursed.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
To keep shipping and handling charges reasonable we do not include insurance except as noted below. If you elect to have insurance you need to email or phone us within 60 minutes of your order entry. We will charge an additional amount ($1.50 per $100). Payment must be received before shipping. We will not refund, exchange or replace items damaged in shipment if insurance is not requested.
*** INSURED ITEMS include: All packages shipped via UPS or Federal Express are insured up to $100.00.
