Shipping Policy Information on when and how we ship!!
Your order is very important to everyone at Leslies-Kitchen.Com.
Orders are typically filled and shipped next business day following receipt of payment. Exceptions to this process would be in the event of inclement weather or unpredictable circumstances.
Leslies-Kitchen is responsible for getting items packed and presented to the shipper within our targeted time frame of 1 business day. We can not be responsible for shipper delay.
We will provide tracking numbers for Federal Express Packages.
The USPS does not provide actual tracking numbers, however all our USPS shipments have a delivery confirmation code request included in the shipping confirmation that you will receive.

General Information for U.S Shipments
Shipping and
handling costs are constantly a source of frustration for buyers and
sellers alike. Shipping and handling charges are calculated using parameters set by the buyer. These charges are viewable before
finalizing your purchase. If you believe the charges incurred are too
high, simply contact us and we will adjust the shipping/handling if
there is an overcharge being calculated
It is
extremely difficult to cover all the expenses involved in shipping and
handling merchandise while maintaining a fair and equitable charge to
the customer. In addition to the perpetually changing cost of fuel and
shipping cost increases from shipping vendors, the
following costs must be included: Labor, Cost of Shipping materials
such as boxes, tape and labels, shipping room equipment, scales and
electronic shipping label production software and hardware and cost of
a dedicated shipping area.
Our
goal is to keep shipping and handling costs as reasonable as we
possibly can and still maintain a high quality level of service. All
costs can be viewed before payment, during the checkout process.

Currently, Leslie's Kitchen ships to the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii
When and How we ship
Leslie's Kitchen uses United States Postal Services (USPS) and Federal Express Home Delivery. We
make every attempt to fill and ship orders within 24 hours of confirmed
payment receipt.
Standard handling time (the time from receipt of payment to package ready to ship) is 1 - 2 days. Anticipated arrival dates should be calculated using the estimated ship time PLUS the standard handling time.
Refunds and Delays
Refunds for shipping and handling costs are issued only in the event that we have shipped the wrong item or if the item arrives in damaged condition. Contact us immediately via email (mail@leslies-kitchen.com) if there is any problem regarding your order.
Leslie's Kitchen can only assure that your order will be packaged and given to an appropriate shipper within a given time frame. Shipment delivery is subject to the carriers guidelines and may be delayed for reasons beyond control. Weather, national emergency or other extenuating circumstance may void out "guaranteed" delivery refunds. Please read the carrier (USPS or FEDERAL EXPRESS) policies for further details.
